Our story
The beginning
HUŎ was born when Graham and Adam set out to establish a new kind of neighbourhood Asian restaurant. Driven by a shared passion for fresh ingredients, great people, and thoughtfully designed spaces, we opened our first location on Park Walk, Chelsea in 2021. Our ambition was to create a Southeast Asian restaurant serving our favourite dishes made with love, care and the best produce, complemented by interiors inspired by the region's coastal scenery. We achieved our goal and it proved so popular with locals and visitors alike, that we have now grown into our second location in Belsize Village where we continue to showcase clean, traditional flavours that shine inside a buzzy and relaxed atmosphere.
Our food
The ethos behind our menu is simplicity. We believe in serving the best possible version of the dishes we all know and adore, sourcing premium produce and working alongside a global family of chefs from China, Thailand, Nepal, and beyond who bring heritage and authenticity to every plate. True to our name, which translates to fire, the wok is central to our cooking, harnessing intense heat to bring bright, complex flavours to life.
